Strategic Supply & Decoration

With the tight timeline, no single supplier could manage the full 10,000 units at once. We analysed our entire supplier and decorator network, selecting the screen printer who could handle both the scale and speed.

To meet the deadline, we staged production: batches of 2,500 hoodies entered the printer, were decorated, and then dispatched, ensuring a continuous flow from factory floor to Kennards branches.
